Website — place your order online, and our manager will contact you to confirm the details and, if needed, provide additional photos and videos.
Instagram — browse our available amber pieces in our posts and highlights, then send us a message via Direct. Our manager will assist you with your selection and order.
WhatsApp — receive personalized assistance, high-quality photos and videos, and communicate directly with our manager via audio or video call.

We deliver to Gulf countries and other countries with DHL. Every order is packed carefully to keep the amber safe during delivery.
Minimum order 200g or 500$ Shipping cost: $70 Free shipping for orders from 500 g or 2000$
Before the order, our manager will send you photos and videos of the amber, so you can see all the details before you confirm your order.
Qatar Delivery takes 2–4 business days. You can receive your order at our store and pay when you collect it. You can also receive it at your home with 100% payment in advance.
Iraq Delivery takes 3–5 business days with 100% payment in advance. We also have an agent in Baghdad who can help with special orders and cash payments, delivery takes 5–10 business days.
Kuwait Retail orders take 3–4 business days. Shipping costs $70 with 100% payment in advance. For orders from 3 kg, we can send the order to our agent. Delivery takes about 2–4 weeks. A 10–20% advance payment is required.
Other countries We ship with 100% payment in advance. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days

Turkey
Minimum order: 500 g. Delivery takes 3–4 business days with 100% payment in advance. Shipping cost: $70. Please note that customs duties and import fees may apply in Turkey. If applicable, these costs will be calculated and added to your order total. If you have friends or family in Poland , Germany, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia, we can send your order to them. You can then receive the item from them. Delivery takes 3–4 business days and shipping is free. Minimum order: 200 g.

Qatar Our store Amber Stone is located in Souq Waqif, Doha — Oud and Perfume Market, 1st floor, Shop No. 28.
Poland We have a large amber stock in Lublin.
If you find a piece you like from our photos or videos, we can send it to our Qatar store. You can then visit the store, inspect the item in person, and pay on the spot.
We have a stone-cutting workshop in Qatar, where our customers can order professional stone cutting and carving at a special price.
